Use the search options to find what you're after; just click on the item and then select your size and quantity, then click on the 'add to cart' icon. From here you can go back to order lots more stuff or proceed to the checkout.
First time customers who register are also eligible for 10% off their first order. Just enter promo code discount10 at the checkout for your discount.
When you register you can create a shopping cart, this allows you to keep a list of items you might want to buy in the future if you can't afford them now. But please remember, we cannot guarantee that these items will still be in stock when you come back to buy them later.
Another benefit of being registered is that you can subscribe to our newsletter and gain access to promotional coupon codes and be kept up-to-date with your favourite brands and by sending offers especially tailored to you.
If you have forgetten your password go to the Login page, under the password box click on the text saying 'Forgotten your Password.' You will then be sent an email with a new password.
For your convienence we accept four different payment methods.
For UK customers, we accept Paypal, Googlecheckout, Nochex and also Cheques.
For customers outside UK, cheques and Nochex are not accepted and only Paypal and Googlecheckout are acceptable forms of payment.
Please note we do NOT accept cash, please don't send cash through the Royal Mail postal service as we cannot accept liability for your hard earned money going missing.
All the items on our websites are held in stock in our warehouse or are on order and are due in 5-7 days time. If the size you want is not shown, it means we do not have it in stock. We keep a close eye on what our customers want and do our best to get them back in stock as soon as possible.
When you arrive at the checkout or account page our system passes your details via a 128bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encrypted secure page. This means that your browser encodes what you type, and the server decodes it. Anyone 'listening' to traffic en route can make no sense of the number. Every trading web site should use the SSL encryption system and you can tell you are in secure mode when a little padlock icon appears at the bottom of the screen or the website address in your address bar starts with Https.
We will occasionally supply promotional or discount codes via newsletters or on the site, these will only apply to orders placed online and you will need to enter the code at the basket stage of the checkout in order to receive your discount.
