Delivery and Postage:

UK Delivery -       £3.00 - Recorded First Class post, normally delivered within 1-3 working days.

Worldwide Delivery - £11 - Delivery outside of the UK. Normally delivered within 3-7 working days.

We now only offer internnational signed for delivery outside of UK.

The above prices subject to change at any time. Prices quoted are per order not per item.

If an order is placed before 2pm and it is in stock then you should receive your order the next working day.

Returns:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase then please email us at Support@PurpleGiraffe.co.uk to let us know if you would like to exchange or return your order. You can do this up to 7 days from receipt, but you must follow the guidelines below:

1. The item must be packed in its original branded box with all branded promotional materials intact including tissue paper and labels.
2. The goods must be completely unworn.
3. Please ensure that you package the item securely so that it will arrive with us without sustaining any damage.
4. We recommend that you use a carrier which will insure the value of your package as it is your responsibility until it is received by our warehouse.
5. Please ensure you include a copy of your despatch note or order confirmation showing your order number so we can identify your return.
6. We will contact you with a further instructions and a returns address.

Cancellation:

PurpleGiraffe.co.uk abides by the Distance Selling Regulations 2000 which gives you the right to cancel your order for a full refund. Order cancellations must be made in writing to support@purplegiraffe.co.uk quoting your order number, within 7 days.

Faulty Items:

If in the unlikely event your item is faulty, please contact our care department quoting your order number, name and the reason for the return and tell us if you would like a refund or replacement. Note you have 30 days from receipt of the item to return it to us.

Note: We do not issue credit notes.
